A MANO SUPER reeds are manufactured to the same dimensions and with the same technology as the A MANO NASTRINO reeds, though the tongues are ground from a reed steel plate with a width of 240 mm and a strength of 2 000 N/mm² to an accuracy of +/- 0.002 mm on a CNC grinder and individual reeds are pressed with specified dimensions for the entire tonal range.

The reed plates are made with electro-erosive technology from aluminum sheet with a hardness of 160 HB, an accuracy of +/- 0.01 mm, and an air gap of 0.06 mm. The assembly of the reed plates is conducted manually for the perfect placement of the air gap producing the appropriate reed intonation for individual tones. Riveting is completed in the shape of a fan.

The reeds are made of dural Al sheet with hardness 160 HB. The channels are cut by electroerosive technology. The surface of the reed is ground. The sides of the reeds are grooved to create better wax adhesion to the reed and the headstock. The reeds are made individually from an 8 mm wide strip of sound steel with a strength of 2 000 N/mm². The dimensions of the reeds are according to the old master accordions.
