Heligon basses
Helicon basses (HB) are specific reed plates for the diatonic accordion (called the Steirisch), which signify a strong, deep tone made for the accompaniment of melodic parts. We offer three quality variations.
HB Tipo A Mano
The HB Tipo A Mano – Produced on a CNC from an AI profile with a hardness of 160 HB and a thickness of 12 mm. Tongue gaps are made on a CNC machine with grading technology and have an air gap of 0.20 mm....HB Casting
HB – The casting is manufactured from the alloy AIZnSi and produced with pressure casting technology. The air gap between the tongue and the cast edges is 0.24 mm. The tongues are produced from Swedish...HB with dimensions on request
All HB types can be manufactured according to your requested dimensions. The size of the HB is only limited by the size of the tongue.
