The reed plates are manufactured by electro-erosive technology from stainless sheet metal with a thickness of 2 mm and a minimal consumption of air. The tongues are ground from stainless reed steel with a strength of 2 000 N/mm². Tongue sizes are used from DIX reeds. Rivets are made from stainless wire. The plates can be sized according to the wishes of the customer. These reeds are suitable for wind keyboard instruments.
